Public meeting to be held via webcast January 8

State of New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department

The Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD) will hold a public meeting of the Rio Grande Trail Commission with newly appointed commissioners via webcast on January 8th at 10:00 am. Members of the public are encouraged to join the meeting where new commissioners will be updated on the Rio Grande Trail Plan.

Established in 2015, the Rio Grande Trail Commission is tasked with creating a recreational trail along the Rio Grande running the length of the state from Colorado to Texas. The commission recommends viable path routes, infrastructure, and additional features of the trail.

Information regarding this meeting can be found here. The meeting will be recorded and posted online for those unable to access the livestream.
