Shoshone-Bannock Tribes

The Tribal Office of Emergency Management (TOEM) was notified by the National Weather Service that they are forecasting extreme heat in our area from June 28, 2021, through July 2, 2021. Temperatures could possibly reach 108 degrees with no relief in the evening.

In the event that we have a power outage for more than 4 hours in the Fort Hall community, The Tribal Office of Emergency Management is preparing to manage and accommodate individuals on the medical priority list and elders 62 years of age and over that need assistance by relocating them to a staging area.

Please contact (208) 681-4857 or (208) 251-9324 only if we have a power outage for more than four hours and you are affected.
