The National Council of Urban Indian Health (NCUIH) is seeking passionate and motivated American Indian and Alaskan Native youth living in urban communities and off reservations for our 2022-2023 Youth Advisory Council Cohort! Being a member of the Youth Council is an enriching opportunity that promotes peer-level awareness and support for young adult American Indian/Alaskan Natives living in urban areas. Selected youth will have an opportunity to gain professional development skills, work with a mentor, and create a National project focused on urban American Indian and Alaskan Native mental wellbeing. American Indian and Alaskan Native youth between ages 18-24 living in urban communities and off-reservation should apply. A small stipend will be provided to those selected.
