If you’re reading this, you must be gearing up for yet another important election year for Indigenous people across the U.S. midterm elections decide who will sit across the table from us in local, state, and federal conversations, where we protect our treaty rights, and work together on policy decisions that directly impact our American Indian, Alaska Native, and Indigenous relatives.
We are in such a pivotal moment and ICT believes that representation truly matters. That is why we’ve made a conscious effort since 2018 to bring you Election Night coverage. We are proud to again partner with FNX to bring you Election Night 2022 coverage featuring Indigenous correspondents who will provide up-to-the-moment information on key races across the country.

We are proud to offer you coverage by us, for us and we are asking for your support to encourage your audience to tune in and support Indigenous media by streaming our coverage as a watch party. With your help, we hope to bring our coverage into Indigenous homes across the country. Whether folks are watching with you, their families, or friends, we want to share the up-to-the-moment coverage by Indigenous journalists that have Native people top of mind in their reporting.
We are also hoping that you will stay engaged throughout the night by posting your photos and tagging us so we can experience all of the Election Night excitement right along with you.
Here you’ll find an Election Night/Watch Party toolkit with some tips and resources to help you get the most out of your watch party. Please feel free to use this and share with a friend and other supporters of Indigenous media.
