The Support Advisor plays a critical role in the overall success of the Campus Support team to assure customer satisfaction with the Native American Student Information System - Infinite Campus products. Primary responsibility is to advise the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) support contacts, addressing questions and inquiries and troubleshooting problems related to Infinite Campus software. Additional responsibilities include; being a peer mentor, resolving complex application and data issues, and collaborating with other departments within Infinite Campus and the Channel Partners.
