NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS
COLVILLE HOMES III INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
NESPELEM, WA 99155
The Colville Indian Housing Authority invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for Project #WA97B043032 White Buffalo Meadows Phase 3 Infrastructure Project in Nespelem, WA.
Sealed bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on June 23, 2020, at the office of the Colville Indian Housing Authority, Post Office Box 528, 42 Convalescent Center Boulevard, Nespelem, Washington 99155, at which time and place all sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Invitation for Bids is unrestricted to allow non-Indian and Indian-owned economic enterprises or organizations to submit bids, however preference shall be given to Indian owned economic enterprises or organizations.
Documents are available at www.sbprint.com. Digital files may be down loaded; hardcopies are available for purchase at Standard Printworks.
A complete set of documents will be filed with: Colville Indian Housing Authority (CIHA), Nespelem, WA, (Digital Media Only) and PRINTSHOP: Standard Printworks
A bid guarantee is required from each bidder. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay a satisfactory performance and payment bond in accordance with applicable federal regulation and CIHA procurement requirements.
A non-mandatory, Pre -Bid Conference will be held by teleconference at 10:00 a.m., local time, on June 3, 2020. All bidders are encouraged to call in to this Pre-Bid Conference to review and discuss the existing buildings and site conditions.
