National Indian Council on Aging Inc. is seeking 3 committed and experienced individuals to help coordinate on current projects and initiatives. The 3 positions will focus on providing guidance to tribes, community leaders and other stakeholders based on the consultant’s knowledge and experience on topics such as long-term services and support (LTSS) program management, home health care program, or creating an assisted living infrastructure on tribal land.
· Must have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in LTSS program management, assisted living programs or assisted living programs (Preferred experience with American Indian/Alaska Native communities but not required)
· Knowledge of LTSS policies and procedures as they relate to compliance standards for federal, state, local or tribal
· A bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration or other related subjects is required. Substantive work experience may substitute for a degree.
· Willing to work virtually
