Louellyn White

Louellyn White, Akwesasne, is a descendant of Carlisle Indian School survivors. She is an associate professor of First Peoples Studies at Concordia University in Montreal. She is the co-founder of the Carlisle Indian School Farmhouse Coalition and author of, “Free to be Mohawk: Indigenous Education at the Akwesasne Freedom School.” She can be contacted at Louellyn.white@concordia.ca
