The Menominee Indian tribe will host a summit designed to help native Americans cope with the trauma of their tribes' histories. The main speaker will be Dr. Ann Bullock, a Minnesota Chippewa. She says native Americans sometimes struggle to come to terms with what happened in their tribes' past. She says that's one reason why issues like alcoholism and substance abuse remain common in their populations.
