With this year's powwow only weeks away, Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Council leaders hope to clear up an issue that clouded last year's celebration. The tribe is offering a $1,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of an individual or individuals who stabbed a Narragansett tribe member on July 6, 2008, near the Wampanoag headquarters.
