Chief Dennis V. Kequom Sr. was all smiles and felt "like Santa Claus" following the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe two percent disbursements on Thursday. This spring's disbursement of more than $2.3 million went to 11 governmental agencies and four school districts, and the amount is 10 percent less than last spring. "It was exciting, and I am glad to meet everyone today," said Kequom. "I feel like Santa Claus when I saw all the smiles.
