Tribal leaders in South Dakota, Nebraska and Montana continue to work on a proposal to get back part of their sacred Black Hills, convinced that President Barack Obama is willing to discuss it with them. Sioux spiritual and government leaders were meeting this week in Sisseton, and hope to have at least one more session in Pine Ridge before the end of the year.
