Conflict ensued Thursday when members of two rival factions of an American Indian tribe with ties to San Juan Capistrano showed up to bless a newly refurbished historic adobe. So did Lorie Porter, chairwoman of Historical Walking Tour Guides, the group that organized the event with the city.
