James A. Traficant has formed the Traficant Co. and is working with a Native American group to open a resort and casino in the Mahoning Valley. On Thursday, the ex-convict and former congressman announced the first project of this newly formed business would be to partner with the Indigenous Tribal Affiliates of Native America - the Itana Indian Nation to pursue the casino idea, with him in charge of site selection.
