Three positions filled at the Minne-Tohe Health Center

FOUR BEARS, N.D. - During a regular monthly tribal council meeting June 12, the Three Affiliated Tribes Business Council announced the permanent hiring of three positions at the Minne-Tohe Health Center after accepting and reviewing applications for the positions of CEO, chief medical officer and project coordinator of the Elbowoods Health Facilities.

Stella Berquist was officially hired to the CEO position at Minne-Tohe Health Center. Monica Mayer was offered the position of CMO, and James Foote was offered the position of project coordinator in accordance with council action.

Mayer previously served as the interim appointment as CEO of the Minne-Tohe Health Center. Chairman Marcus Wells Jr. said he would like to commend her for her diligent service to the people of the Three Affiliated Tribes.

Berquist previously served as the director of both the Three Affiliated Tribes' kidney dialysis unit near New Town and the Tribal Community Health Representatives program. She is an enrolled member of the Three Affiliated Tribes. In addition to her several years of experience as a registered nurse, she possesses four years of administrative experience in the field of health.
