Theft of car means loss of American Indian regalia

In one night in July, Michael Pamonicutt was rear ended, robbed of his car and, according to police reports, shot at once. But the worst of it all might have been when he realized the thieves also made off with a suitcase of his American Indian ceremonial regalia — including eagle feathers that are illegal for any non-American Indian to possess or sell.
