Suspicious Device at Legends Casino Not a Bomb, Caused Evacuation of 750

On Tuesday morning, employees of the Yakama Nation's Legends Casino discovered a suspicious device in a trashcan outside the casino main entrance, reported

Around 10 a.m., a Washington State Patrol bomb squad sent a robot on wheels to the scene, which knocked over the garbage can, revealing the suspected bomb.

That's when officials evacuated 600 patrons and 150 employees from Legends Casino. Other tribal offices, including a housing facility, medical clinic and the Cultural Heritage Center, were placed on lockdown.
