At 11:11 a.m. — the same time an armistice officially ended World War I in 1918 — Oneida Tribe of Indians veterans and officials celebrated the opening of the new Robert Cornelius VFW Post 7784 in front of hundreds of attendants on Veterans Day. "Our post is for all veterans," said Wendell McLester, a Korean War veteran. "This is a gracious move by our tribal government to provide this for those of us that are left."
