Six tribes in New Mexico will share $352,549 in federal funds for job training and placement services. The funds were allocated by the U.S. Department of Labor through the Workforce Investment Act Indian and Native American Program, according to U.S. Rep. Harry Teague, D-N.M. Under the allocation, $67 million was awarded to 256 organizations by the Department of Labor.
