A family out looking for rocks early Sunday evening in Barron County, Wis., stumbled onto an unusual find — a human skull. The skull was discovered about 5:30 p.m. on a small island in Prairie Lake, near the city of Chetek. The age and origins of the skull are unclear, but Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald said an expert told him it was "definitely old."
