A tribal judge has ordered a suspect in an Ahwatukee Foothills killing turned over to Maricopa County authorities to stand trial. Kenrick Vincent is one of three people accused of kidnapping, robbing and killing Larry Vannoy in November. Vannoy, 66, was abducted and later killed after trying to stop thieves from stealing his pickup from outside his home. Vincent, 25, lives in the Salt River community. He was held in the tribal jail until a tribal judge ordered his transfer to Maricopa County custody Jan. 3.
