Rhythmic beating of drums will sound once again this weekend, when the 26th annual Saginaw Chippewa Powwow thrills participants - and lots of guests. A host of special competitions will keep everyone busy, in addition to the usual dancing, singing and drumming events, as the Tribe aptly fulfills this year's theme, "Honoring the Elders."
