Patricia Evans, an enrolled tribal member with a close relationship with the Crow Creek reservation, has joined the admissions staff at the University of South Dakota. She returns to the Minority Student Financial Aid/Admissions Counselor position she held in 1988-89. Evans will be responsible for recruiting students from South Dakota tribal and reservation schools. She earned a bachelor of science degree in education from USD and is completing her master's in administration studies. Evans began her university tenure with the School of Medicine as assistant director for the Indians Into Medicine Program.
