Members of the Silver Hawk Singers, a Native American drum group comprised of different tribes from New England, perform during the Rock, Rattle and Drum Pow Wow at the Crowne Plaza in Albany on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011. The three-day event brought authentic Native American dancing and drumming, arts and crafts and demonstrations. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Albany Boys and Girls Club and Stride - Adaptive Sports, a not-for-profit veterans organization based in Clifton Park, Warriors in a New Age, an at-risk youth program and LarkTV, a youth media literacy project.
