Tangling with alligators might rank as the oddest of Ricky Farmer's many odd jobs. Mr. Farmer, a Choctaw Indian whose heritage led to most of the jobs he worked, died Saturday of lung cancer. He was 46.Mr. Farmer embraced his roots. He wore his tribe's casual but colorful clothing, and he loved to participate in the meditative "stomp dance" around the ceremonial fire.
