Representatives chosen for Native Nations Rebuilders program

Five Native Americans from western South Dakota reservations have been chosen to be part of the second co-hort of the Bush Foundation's Native Nations Rebuilders Program. Nineteen leaders from various tribes met for the first time Wednesday in Saint Paul, Minn., to start a two-year commitment dedicated to Native self-determination and finding sustainable solutions to the tough problems that Native people and nations face, program organizers said.
