MILWAUKEE – After eight years of serving up some of the best fine dining experiences in the region, Dream Dance restaurant ushered in a new era beginning June 9 with a change in name and focus.
Dream Dance Steak will bring guests the second-to-none dining experiences they’ve come to expect, but with a slightly different twist.
“Our new focus on great steak is in line with what our guests want, something they have been asking for and a trend we’ve seen in their ordering habits,” said Potawatomi Bingo Casino Food and Beverage Director Michael Tsuchihashi. “This change represents the next step in the evolution of the restaurant.”
Dream Dance Steak will offer a wide variety of steaks, as well as soups and salads, a vast array of side dishes and Wisconsin Share Plates – borrowing from Dream Dance’s “New Wisconsin Cuisine” concept.
As some things at the restaurant change, many things will stay the same – such as the restaurant’s insistence on using locally produced ingredients. In addition, many favorite featured items from Dream Dance’s menu, still prepared by award-winning Chef Jason Gorman, will remain, including: Lobsterwurst, Red Deer Venison and many others.
Dream Dance Steak will continue to offer its retail-priced wine menu, allowing diners to enjoy a great glass of wine served by knowledgeable servers at a much lower price than other restaurants.
