A prepaid cellular phone allegedly used in a bomb threat at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort has been obtained by Tribal police. Nearly two weeks after the Dec. 16 threat shut down the Soaring Eagle properties, Tribal officials continue to investigate the incident. Tribal Spokesman Frank Cloutier said that Tribal police have subpoenaed records from the cell phone provider and the operators of the towers used for the call.
