Oswego Public Library in New York Offers Genealogy Class


The Oswego Public Library will hold a two-hour genealogy workshop on July 14 with experienced genealogist Amy Starr Zuch, of North Country Library System, from 1 to 3 p.m.

Zuck will provide many tips to help people research their ancestors and will give a basic overview of genealogy terms, and how and where to find documents in New York state, She will also discuss the federal census, online resources, and the HeritageQuest database.
