A former payroll worker for the Northern Cheyenne tribe admitted today that he stole more than $7,000 from the tribe and spent it on himself. Jason Tallbull, 27, of Lame Deer, pleaded guilty to a federal indictment charging him with theft from a tribal organi-zation.
