Foxwoods Resort Casino’s new president is looking to add amenities and connect the casino better with local patrons. On Thursday, he showed his willingness to walk the talk. Scott Butera, hired as president and CEO last week, joined in the casino’s first Veterans Day Parade. As he was preparing to march with the Mashantucket Pequot Color Guard alongside U.S. Rep. Joe Courtney, D-2nd District; Tribal Chairman Rodney Butler; and his predecessor as president, William Sherlock, Butera was busy shaking hands and meeting new employees.
