More questions for Palin

While it’s true that McCain’s VP pick, Sarah Palin, proved to be a decent public speaker with a decided love of ad hominem attacks towards her political opponents, I noticed that she neglected to say a great deal about her own personal positions, like: her fervent anti-choice positions, even down to opposing abortion in the case of rape or incest; her approval of “abstinence-only” sex education; how Big Oil company BP Amoco PLC sponsored her gubernatorial inauguration; [have you heard this?] her belief that humanity bears no responsibility for global warming; her belief that the war in Iraq is “God’s task;” [actually she said it was “a task from God”] and her original support of the “bridge to nowhere,” before the FBI raid on Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens’ house made it suddenly expedient for her to oppose it.

As Americans who are being asked to select her as the woman who would be one heartbeat away from the presidency of the United States, I believe it is imperative that Ms. Palin address these issues to our satisfaction.
