The Mitsitam Cafe Executive Chef Richard Hetzler discusses his November 2010-released “The Mitsitam Café Cookbook” and American Indian culinary traditions with the director of the National Museum of the American Indian (Smithsonian Institute), Kevin Gover (Pawnee).
