Master Key Consulting CEO named one of Business Gazette’s 25 CEOs You Need to Know

BETHESDA, Md. – Jonathan K. Wilber, CEO of Master Key Consulting, a Native American-owned management, training and IT government consulting firm based in Bethesda, was named among the top 25 CEO’s You Need to Know by Maryland’s Gazette of Politics & Business in 2009.

Wilber was nominated by the Montgomery County, Maryland Department of Economic Development for his ability to execute his business strategy and inspire others to follow his vision.

Since opening in 2000 with three employees, Master Key Consulting has won federal contracts totaling more than $100 million and has grown to a team of more than 140 individuals in 11 states and the District of Columbia. The company’s commercial and federal projects include work with the Environmental Protection Agency, the BIA and the Departments of Education, Justice, Health and Human Services and Homeland Security.

The company’s key services include grants management consulting, IT services, communications and marketing, and grant monitoring and evaluation. Another Master Key niche involves working with agencies and organizations that serve Native people. Wilber is a member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin.
