In celebration of the National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) in Washington D.C.’s exhibition Kay WalkingStick: An American Artist, neo-soul singer Martha Redbone (Cherokee heritage) performed this Saturday to a full audience at 2 p.m. in the Potomac Atrium.

Kay WalkingStick (Cherokee Nation) is one of the world’s most celebrated artists and the NMAI exhibit features more than 65 of her most notable paintings, drawings, small sculptures.
