Keetoowahs' lawsuit over hospital tossed

A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit by the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians asking the court to stop the Cherokee Nation from taking over the W.W. Hastings Indian Hospital in Tahlequah. U.S. District Judge James Payne of the Eastern District of Oklahoma ruled that the case could not go forward without the Cherokee Nation as a party in the lawsuit.
