Investigators have accomplished the difficult task of identifying the skeleton found in Loleta as the missing Stephanie Fowler, but now another complicated task confronts them -- reconstructing what happened in the final hours of her life. Fowler, a mother of six, was 34 when she disappeared in 2007. A member of the Wiyot Tribe, she was last seen getting into a small white vehicle on Eel River Drive in Loleta, not far from where she was later found, according to a Humboldt County Sheriff's Office press release.
