Images from Indian Country Shine in 2013 NAJA Calendar

The Native American Journalists' Association (NAJA) has released its 2013 calendar, titled "Images from Indian Country" and featuring the work of six NAJA-member photojournalists.

The contributors -- Ken Blackbird, Tetona Dunlap, Darla Leslie, Benny Polacca, Eugene Tapahe and Adam Sings In The Timber -- are based in six different states, and the work includes nature photography as well as photos of Natives in regalia, as pictured in the cover photo by Sings in the Timber.

Calendars are available through the NAJA website ( for $16.00, a price that includes shipping charges. Those interested in giving the calendar as a Christmas gift are advised to order by December 14 to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve.
