Members of the Dry Creek Rancheria elected Harvey Hopkins on Saturday to a fourth consecutive term as chairman of the tribal government, which operates River Rock Casino, Sonoma County's only Indian casino. The vote came less than six months after Hopkins seemed on the cusp of being booted from office. In a May recall election, members voted 165 to 85 to remove him as chairman.
