On Christmas, the fare includes staples like roasted turkey and honey-baked ham, carved prime rib, and seafood specialties like shrimp cocktails and crawfish étouffée. Choose from every side dish under the sun — think twice baked potatoes, pecan-brown-sugared sweet potatoes, rice pilaf, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, glazed carrots, and butternut squash.

At Serrano Buffet, a Christmas ham will crown the experience — but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. There will also be oysters in a half shell, rigatoni in lobster cream, split crab legs, and much, much more. Those craving an interactive culinary experience can design a French classic at the Savory Crepe Action Station.

The Pines experience will feature a Pines house salad, roasted ham with cherry port sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and root vegetables, with a three-layer eggnog tres leches cake for dessert.
