Two major gambling proposals in Michigan would add at least seven new casinos in metropolitan areas and at horse racing tracks. The state already has 22 casinos with the 23rd already under construction. Todd Boorsma, president of MichGO, an opposition group, said it hasn't produced much financial relief.
