Swine flu has hit the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, and health officials have no idea how widespread it is. "Fifteen people are being treated," said Avis Spencer, spokeswoman for the tribal health department. There have been no deaths, but one person has been hospitalized, she said. Laboratory testing by the Indian Health Service, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the state of Montana are no longer being done.
