Film Festival Deadline Extended—Get Your Entries in Today!

Call for entries for the 36th American Indian Film Festival

The American Indian Film Institute in San Francisco has extended its submission deadline for the 36th annual American Indian Film Festival and is still accepting entries. So if you're sitting on a film that meets the criteria, get it in there—and quick. The revised deadline is today, August 16,2011. Films to be submitted, according to an e-mail we received, "should be by or about American Indian or Canada First Nations people and produced during year 2010-2011." The categories are:

(1) Documentary Feature
(2) Documentary Short
(3) Feature Film
(4) Live Short Subject
(5) Music Video
(6) Animated Short Subject
(7) Public Service
