Voting members of the Oneida Tribe of Indians has rejected a proposal for a $10,000 one-time payment from casino profits to about 12,000 of its members. Members attending Saturday's General Tribal Council meeting at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Ashwaubenon denied the petition on a voice vote, spokesman Phil Wisneski said.
