Echo Hawk Consulting has announced the Native American Agricultural Fast Track Fund (NAAFTF) is now open for prospective applicants seeking part of the $38 million available in grant distribution from settlement funds connected to the Keepseagle v. Vilsack settlement.

The process is open for § 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, § 7871 non-profit organizations chartered under the tribal law of a state or federally recognized tribe, educational institutions and instrumentalities of state or federally recognized tribes.

Applicants can find full details about eligibility, application requirements, allowable use of funds, review process overview and timeline at www.indianfarmclass.com/NAAFTF.aspx. The deadline for Letter of Inquiry with proper documentation is June 24.

There will be a technical assistance webinar offered on Wednesday, June 1 at 11 a.m. MDT for prospective applicants. Registration information is available on the website. The webinar will be recorded and used as an additional instructional tool on the site.
