The excavation of an accidentally found American Indian burial site started today. With a group of volunteers, the Ziibiwig Center of Anishinabe Culture and Lifeways is helping the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe look for the remains of their ancestors so they can perform a proper burial. During today's dig, more than 50 Korean English Teachers from Central Michigan University's English Language Institute aided the dig.
