Patrick Hill (Takes the Lead), a tribal member, has been hired as an administrative assistant through the Student Education Employment Program at Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, providing administrative support and visitor services. Hill participated in the Student Career Employment Program last month and worked at the battlefield from 1988 to 1990 as an interpreter, providing talks during the summer programs. Earlier he was assistant manager of the Bookstore of Little Big Horn Battlefield, working with the cooperative association Southwest Parks and Monuments. Hill attends Montana State University-Billings, pursuing a bachelor of science degree in management and communications. He and his wife Linda live in Crow Agency. The program prepares students for entry level placement as permanent federal employees.
