This year marks the 28th anniversary of the Cook Inlet Tribal Council, an organization dedicated to the primary education, workforce development, employment and training for Native people in Anchorage, Alaska, the Anchorage press reported. CITC serves more than 12,000 people each year, through programs in several different areas that include education, helping families, supporting young adults, and sobriety programs.
