CAMP VERDE, Ariz. - Cliff Castle Casino's human resources department has a new leader at its helm.
Heather Daniels has been named human resources manager. A team member since the day the casino first opened in 1995, she has been employed in the casino's human resources department for the last nine years.
She has also worked several other departments, and has extensive knowledge and background in the casino. Along with that, her personal experience of working every shift, including graveyard, allows her to relate to other team members and their needs on a personal level.
When asked about her sentiment regarding the offer, Daniels replied, ''I am extremely proud of the casino's success over the years, and honored to have the opportunity to be part of the management team.''
The Yavapai-Apache Nation and management team at Cliff Castle Casino are pleased that Daniels has accepted the human resources manager position.
''Heather is and will continue to be a great asset to our team members here. She has worked very diligently on many projects to benefit team members, and is well-respected throughout the casino. We look forward to having her on our management team,'' stated Ben Pareja, assistant general manager.
