Developers for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe say they're ready, after a year's delay, to fast forward building plans for an 80-bed hotel and sprawling sporting goods store off Interstate 75 near Standish. The project, announced last May, idled for months as city of Standish and Migizi Economic Development Co. officials haggled over terms for extending water and sewer service more than 2 miles to Migizi's M-13/US-23 properties.
